General Information:

  1. How can I be sure what part fits my vehicle?
    We double check every order to ensure it is correct before shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are choosing the correct item for their vehicle application. If you have any questions about which part fits your vehicle, then please give us a call or use our “Contact Us Form” and a member of our live sales team will assist you.
  2. I’m not sure what part I need or I need more detailed product information. Can you help?
    Yes, absolutely! If you need any assistance at all when shopping with us, then please give us a call. A member of our CSR team will make sure you are completely taken care of and that all of your questions are answered. Call us at: 386-760-8899.
  3. Is the information listed on your web site 100% accurate?
    We check our information very carefully prior to adding a product to our web site. However, for various reasons, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors. Also, in some cases, due to errors by the manufacturers, some images may not exactly reflect the product being sold. If there are any questions on your mind, please always contact us prior to placing your order to help ensure your complete satisfaction.
  4. I know the part number of the item I want. How can I order it?
    If you know the part number of the item you are looking for, then please be sure to include it with your order in the space provided for additional information. Note: If the customer provides the part number of an item, they are responsible for making sure that the item is the correct application for their vehicle.
Order Questions:
  1. Is my personal/credit card information safe with your web site?
    Yes! We utilize some of the most highly regarded shopping cart providers in the world. In fact, with Internet orders, your credit card information is never revealed to us by our secure payment processor. In addition, we never share any of your personal information with any third party company.
  2. Will there be sales tax on my order?
    6% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to Florida. In addition, if an item is shipped directly from a manufacturer,  then all orders to the state that the manufacturer is located in will be subject to sales tax.
  3. How long will it take for my order to get to me?
    Most all orders placed with Truck Stuff Direct are received by the customer within 5-7 business days. The only time any order may take longer, is in the event of a back order on a product, item lost in shipping, or if the customer ordered a product that had to be shipped via truck freight.
Shipping Questions:
  1. Where do you ship?
    We are happy to ship anywhere in the world as long as the customer is willing to pay the actual shipping charges. All items shipped outside the 48 continental U.S. must go UPS or FedEx via 2nd Day Air. (This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada).
  2. What happens if my item is lost in shipping?
    We are not responsible for packages that get lost in shipping. However, if the freight company (FedEx or UPS), deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost and provides verification of same.
  3. What happens if my item is damaged in shipping?
    If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper directly IE; FedEx, UPS, within 48 hours of receiving the order from us. At that time you will need to file a damage claim directly with the shipper.
  4. Why can’t you ship to a separate address?
    We prefer to ship only to the billing address that is attached to your credit or debit card. The reason for this is to help ensure the safety of your card information.  We will ship to a separate address, but you must first call your credit card company and have that additional address added to your account.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Because we strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible, it may not be possible to cancel your order before it is processed unless you’ve placed it within a very short period of time. To inquire about the status of your order, please call us at: 386-760-8899.
  2. How do I return or exchange an item?
    We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made and unpredictable circumstances can arise. It is for these reasons that we allow our customers to return ANY item purchased from us within 14 days no matter what the reason. Shop with confidence and feel comfortable in knowing that if you aren’t pleased with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the product price so long as you follow the our returns policy guidelines on our Return Policy page.
Product Warranties:
  1. What is the procedure for warranty claims?
    Truck Stuff Direct is not responsible for the manufacturer warranty and/or product defects. Items with defects that are still under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are for exchange of the item only. No refunds of money will be given. To get the phone number and address to the manufacture of the product, please contact us and we will help you contact them. In most instances, all shipping charges to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer.
